Mr. Jassem Hasan Zainal

Mr. Jassem Hasan Zainal has over 40 years of experience across various sectors.

Mr. Zainal currently serves as Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Arzan Financial Group. He is also a Board Member at Kuwait International Bank in Kuwait, and Miami International Holdings Inc. in New York.

Mr. Zainal has held several leadership positions including Chairman and Managing Director in both Zumorroda Investment Company (Z-Invest) and Automated Systems Company (ASC). Mr. Zainal served as a board member at Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait in Bahrain and Khaleej Islamic Investment Bank in Bahrain, Al Madina Finance and Investments and Kuwait Airways in Kuwait.

Additionally, Mr. Zainal worked for a period of 25 years at Gulf Bank, during which he held a number of key positions.

Mr. Zainal is the Chairman of the Board Risk Committee at Boursa Kuwait.

Mr. Zainal holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Kuwait University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of General Studies in Mathematics from the University of Miami. In addition, he had completed several executive programs at Harvard, Wharton and other prestigious institutions.
